MARCEL WINS ICE HOCKEY GOLD
Congratulations to Marcel Williams in Year 7 who has won a Team Gold medal for WA in Melbourne as part of the Ginsberg U13 National Ice Hockey Championships. Marcel also achieved First Place in the Karate New Zealand Open – Kumite Division (12/13 years Elite Boys) – what a sporting star!

MOD STUDENTS WIN FIRST PLACE IN THE WEST AUSTRALIAN ROBOTICS PLAYOFFS
On the weekend, Paul Hodges in Year 9, and Alice Tanner, Maddy Maxwell and Euan Strachan in Year 10 competed in the Curtin University team “4788 – Can’t Control” with their robot “Whiplash” in the 2023 West Australian Robotics Playoffs, winning first place. MAHEK FROM MOD WINS THE ROTARY 4 WAY SPEECH COMPETITION
Perth Modern School student Mahek Aribenchi was recently crowned the winner of the Rotary 4 Way Speech Competition.
